This policy reflects the current clean rebuild. It must be checked and updated before the public site launches, and whenever plugins, integrations, analytics or embedded content change.
Current audit snapshot
On 12 September 2026, we checked the development homepage in a clean visitor session. This was a point-in-time technical check, not a promise that the site can never change.
What the check found
- No browser-visible cookies were placed during the audited visit.
- No local-storage or session-storage entries were created.
- No analytics or advertising scripts were detected on the audited page.
- No embedded frames were present on the audited page.

We do not list cookie names or lifetimes until they have been verified. The final launch audit will produce the definitive record.

Your consent choices
If we use non-essential technologies, we will ask for your consent before they operate. Accepting must be an active choice. Refusing optional technologies will be as straightforward as accepting them, and you will be able to change your mind.
We will not treat continued browsing, silence or an already selected option as valid consent.
Browser controls
You can also use your browser settings to view, delete or block cookies. Blocking all cookies may prevent parts of some websites from working properly. Browser controls do not replace the consent choices we must provide where optional technologies are used.
WordPress administrator cookies
Authorised staff who sign in to the WordPress administration area may receive authentication and preference cookies. These staff-only cookies are not placed during an ordinary public visit and are used to operate and secure the website.
Third-party links and content
Links may take you to third-party websites with their own privacy and cookie practices. If we later embed third-party content on Money Trumpet, we will assess it and obtain consent before it loads where required.
Checks required before launch
Before the rebuilt website is made public, we will:
- audit every public page template and application journey in a clean browser;
- record each technology's provider, purpose, duration and whether it is first or third party;
- confirm which technologies are strictly necessary and which require consent;
- configure an appropriate consent tool if optional technologies are introduced;
- make rejecting or withdrawing consent as easy as accepting it; and
- repeat the audit whenever site technology changes.
